Our Return Policy
We have received some inquiries, with most people asking: "Can I try it on? And if I don't like it, can I return it?"
Within 30 days from the date you receive all items, we offer free returns. You can try them on, look in the mirror, and see how fabulous you look in them, but if you're really not a fan, please carefully send them back to us. All items must be unwashed, unaltered, and placed in the original packaging.
Please note that the original shipping and transportation insurance are non-refundable. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label file for you to download, print, and attach to the return package.
How to Return:
Please follow the steps below to complete the return process:
Step 1: Send us an email at service@cooshape.com, providing your reason for return, name, order number, and the email address you used at checkout. We understand you're eager, but please give us time to respond. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Step 2: After receiving the return confirmation, download and print the return label.
Step 3: Place your items in the original packaging, ensuring they are unwashed and unaltered, then attach the return label to the package.
Step 4: Deliver your package to a certified carrier. Be sure to obtain a receipt and tracking code so we know you are sending items to us.
Step 5: Upon receiving your package, we will refund the items you purchased.
Hooray, you're done! No need for a Step 6!
Do I need to pay the return shipping fee?
It depends on whether it's a quality issue with the product. If it's a quality issue, you don't need to pay the return shipping fee. But if it's simply due to personal preference after your purchase, you will need to pay a $7 return fee.
