Which payment methods are supported?

How do I use coupons?

Three simple steps:

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

If your order hasn't shipped within 12 hours of submission, we can modify or cancel it for you.

If more than 24 hours have passed, the order is likely still in transit. We hope you'll contact us again after receiving your order to confirm whether you wish to cancel. After all, we have considerable confidence in our product!

Does the actual color match the picture?

We strive to ensure that:

- All products are photographed under standard lighting conditions
- Each product has 3-5 detailed photos taken under different lighting conditions
- We will state in the product details that "screen color differences are unavoidable"
- The photos taken under "natural light" are the closest to the actual product.

What size should I buy?

1. Check the size chart on the product page (sizes may vary slightly depending on the fabric).
2. Choose the size according to your actual body measurements.
3. If you have any questions, please get in touch with customer service and provide your bust, waist, and hip measurements. We will recommend the right size for you.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive the goods?

Delivery time depends on the destination:

  • USA: 7-10 business days (standard) / 3-7 business days (express)
  • EU: 7-12 business days (including customs clearance)
  • Australia: 6-10 business days
  • Canada: 8-12 business days


*Delivery time is calculated from the "shipped" status and may be delayed during holidays.

How to track logistics?

1. The shipping confirmation email includes the tracking number.
2. You can view the logistics status in real time in "My Orders".

How much is the shipping cost? Are there any free shipping promotions?

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

- Destination country/region
- Total order weight
- 🎁 Free standard shipping on orders over $89
- Detailed shipping costs can be calculated in real-time on the checkout page.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange it if I'm not satisfied with the product?

We offer a 30-day return & exchange period.

Who will pay for the shipping?

- Objective issues such as product quality: We cover round-trip shipping costs and provide a full refund.
- Subjective errors such as size selection: Customers cover return shipping costs, and we cover resending shipping costs.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

Please take the following steps immediately:

1. Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package.
2. Provide clear photo/video evidence.
3. We will provide a solution within 24 hours:
- Replacement product (priority)
- Partial refund (keep the product)
- Full refund + shipping fee compensation

Account & Management

Can I change my registered email address?

Yes. After logging in, go to "Account Settings" → "Security Information" → "Change Email". You will need to confirm with a verification code from your original email address.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page → click "Forgot Password" → enter your registered email address → check your inbox for the reset link → set a new password. The link is valid for 24 hours.
