SHIPPING POLICY

At Cooshape, we are committed to getting your premium shapewear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We understand you're excited to experience the confidence our products bring, and we thank you for your order.

1. Processing Time
This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment, including quality checks and packaging. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Any order placed after 12 PM (noon) EST on a Friday or on a weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

We currently ship to the following regions:

United States & Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

European Union (EU) & United Kingdom (UK):

  • Standard International: 7-15 business days
  • Expedited International: 3-7 business days

Other International Destinations:

All shipping times are estimated from the date your order is shipped (not from the date of purchase) and do not include processing time. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, your shipping destination, and the selected delivery method.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $89 to the US.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your email.

5. International Orders (For EU/UK & Other Non-US Customers)
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes: For orders shipped outside of the United States, you, as the customer, are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local government. We cannot control these charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Please Note: To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, sometimes issues can occur.
Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one was home, incorrect address), the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions to arrange a redelivery or pick up your package from a local depot. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and a refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original and return shipping costs.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days for domestic orders or 15 business days for international orders, please contact us at service@cooshape.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For more details, please see our comprehensive Return & Refund Policy.
