FAQ

Returns & exchanges

Can I Return Or Exchange The Item If The Size I Chose Doesn't Fit?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure easy replacement if the size doesn't fit. Please see our return and exchange policy for details.

How To Determine If A Size Exchange Is Needed?

Check the following after putting it on:

  • Is the shoulder seam in the correct position?
  • Is it too tight or too loose when moving?
  • Is it too tight around the waist and abdomen when sitting?
  • Is the length appropriate?

Size Selection Confusion

If My Size Falls Between Two Sizes, Which One Should I Choose?

It depends on the effect you want:

  • Choose a smaller size: if you prefer a tighter fit
  • Choose a larger size: if you prefer a looser fit
Should I Choose A Size Based On My Weight Or My Body Measurements?

Body dimensions are more accurate than weight because body shapes vary. Please always refer to your body measurements.

Size Standard Issues

Why Do Different Brands Have Different Sizes?

Each brand has its own sizing standards and pattern designs, influenced by its target customer group, clothing style, and country of origin. We recommend referring to the Cooshape size chart when purchasing Cooshape products.

Why are Different Products on the Website Listed in the Same Size?

Regardless of style, fabric (e.g., stretch vs. non-stretch), or season, Cooshape consistently offers One Size Fits All (OSFA).

Should the Measurement be taken Flush Against the Skin or Leave Some Slack?

The measuring tape should fit snugly against the body but not too tightly, ensuring it is horizontal and does not dig into the skin. For clothing sizes, an additional 2-5 centimeters of comfortable space is usually required.

Why is the Size I Measured Different From the Size on the Clothing Label?

Garment size refers to the flat dimensions of the garment, while your body size is your circumference. Garment sizes are usually slightly larger than body sizes to provide comfort.
