- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Products must be in original packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used intimate apparel unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping and transportation insurance are non-refundable.
2. Return Process
- Initiate your return by contacting our customer service at service@cooshape.com. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for exchanges or defective items) or instructions for self-shipping.
- Return processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive your package.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Sale items are final and non-refundable unless defective.
4. Exchanges
- We offer size or color exchanges for eligible items within 30 days:

- If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund.
6. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in the original currency, subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
